About

Dance Mate offers a comprehensive program consisting of fortnightly 1:1 sessions at Wairere Pilates and online modules that typically take 8 weeks per module to complete. Each module focuses on foundational ballet movements, which serve as the building blocks for ballet and contemporary technique. Through our targeted exercises, we aim to program the benefits of these movements into your body, enabling you to develop a strong foundation.
