In our 1:1 Dance Pilates sessions Natalie provides dancers aged 10+ with a tailored program specific to the dancers goals. Natalie uses her extensive knowledge as a professional dancer combined with years of Pilates training to nurture efficient technique and build strength, flexibility and confidence.

Dance Mate Online

Dancers 12+ have the option of supporting their 1:1 studio sessions by using the Dance Mate Online Modules to enhance work through at home between sessions by following along with the easy to follow home practice exercises & self-assessment quiz's.
