In our 1:1 Dance Pilates sessions Natalie provides dancers aged 9+ with a tailored program specific to the dancers goals. Natalie uses her extensive knowledge as a professional dancer combined with years of Pilates training to nurture efficient technique and build strength, flexibility and confidence.
