Dip. Dance, Certified Pilates Instructor, MFR, Franklin Method.

My journey in movement spans over 20 years of ballet and contemporary dance training, coupled with professional experience in NZ and Europe. I hold certifications from Hearts and Bones Pilates and have training in Myofascial Release Techniques, Gait Patterning, and more. Each client is important to me, and I strive to tailor every session to meet their unique needs. Whether you’re a dancer looking to refine your technique or someone seeking relief from aches and pains or a creative way to exercise, Wairere has got you covered.
