Fitness Pilates Duo Sessions are shared Pilates sessions for two people, guided by Natalie in a calm, supportive studio environment.
These sessions are ideal if you:

Want a creative, full-body approach to fitness

Appreciate thoughtful cueing and quality movement
Each session is intelligently programmed to support strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness, while still being fun, dynamic, and engaging.​

Please note:

These sessions are not suitable for injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, or pathology.
If you are managing aches, injuries, or specific physical conditions, Natalie offers 1:1 Pilates sessions for more individualised support. You’re very welcome to enquire to find the right fit.

What to Expect
Each session follows a thoughtfully structured flow designed to warm the body, build strength, and leave you feeling balanced and grounded.
A typical session includes:

10 minutes – Mat warm-up (together)
Gentle, focused movement to wake up the body, connect breath to movement, and prepare for the work ahead. -
20 minutes – Apparatus work
One participant works on an apparatus while the other is guided through complementary movement. -
20 minutes – Swap apparatus
You change over, allowing both participants to experience a different piece of equipment and movement focus. -
10 minutes – Stretch & cool down
Slower, restorative movement to release, integrate, and reset before heading back into your day.
Apparatus may include:
Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda Chair.
