Functional Pilates Circuit
A session that builds strength you can use, paired with mobility that supports your joints. Expect a mix of controlled strength work, functional movement patterns, and mobility sequences that leave you feeling strong and open.

Who These Sessions Are For
​
Small Group Focus Sessions are for people who want more than a general class and less than a 1:1 session.
They are well suited if you: • enjoy working in a small, quiet group setting
• want clear guidance and individual feedback
• are returning to movement or managing niggles or imbalances
• are supporting other training such as dance, sport, or fitness
• prefer thoughtful, well-paced sessions rather than high-energy classes
You do not need prior Pilates experience. Sessions are adaptable and designed to meet you where you are.

What to Expect

Each session is carefully structured and guided throughout.
You can expect: • a shared group warm up to prepare the body and establish the session focus
• a themed movement circuit tailored to Gait Patterning or Strength and Mobility
• clear cueing, individual feedback, and exercise options as needed
• a group cool down to restore ease and support recovery
The atmosphere is calm, focused, and supportive, with time to move well rather than rush through exercises.
