About

Take part in our 8 week challenge to refine your Turnout. In this program we will focus on exercises that concentrate on opening and strengthening your standing leg turnout. We will then work to maintain turnout through the fundamental movements of plié, stretch, rise and lower. Alongside this, we will transition the arms from 1st to 5th with a focus on scapular stability and thoracic strengthening to help create a fluid and controlled port de bras.
