Take part in our 8 week challenge to refine your working leg turnout. This program builds upon the previous three with exercises that strengthen turnout in flexion, abduction, extension, adduction. Our building block or application exercise for this module will be Ronde de Jambe Par Terre. Since no part of our body works in isolation, we have included exercises that coordinate the ronde movement with scapular stabilisation in second position, foot articulation, standing leg stability, and core stabilisation. Ronde de Jambe serves as the foundation for many more complex steps in ballet and is the perfect building block movement to establish a strong foundation for adage and pirouettes.
