About

Take part in our 8 week challenge to refine your Footwork. Use this program to build foot strength and mobility for flat work, as well as preparing for pointe work. Although we won't be practicing pointe work directly in this module, we will engage in intrinsic and extrinsic foot exercises that are essential for developing the required strength. Additionally, we will delve transfering weight from two feet to one while maintaining optimal alignment, cultivating deep strength and stability, and enhancing strength when balancing on one leg.
